i think that spring has sprung y'all, a bit early and i'm not crazy like some robson street folks who have already busted out their flip flops and white pants, but i'm starting to feel the attention that spring brings! it probably helps that my locks are looking more lustrous and i'm glowing because i'm sooo happy that things are falling into place in my life....it's gonna be pretty great this summer rollin' in Saab's new midget (with THREE wipers!) doing 'less driving' because i live closer to downtown on the greatest of streets, and i'm not about to be claiming "soma" as my set either, naaw...east van, what?!
sunday, i went to see Childstar with some of my peoples, and it was nice to support the Canadian film industry. it became an audition of sorts, a first date with two cats for me and my screening crew..one on either side, both cute as shit, it was quite a fun time...then i was on the phone with one while in the car with the other, then as soon as i got home, i got texted by the first...i told them both what was up though, since i'm not a playa...and it seems to be cool, junior high all the way! had to drop one of them from the roster though, because it was too much drama from the get-go, not between us directly, but through the peripheral circle..we'll see though. the other has some secret date planned for tonite, so i'll have to get myself to him after boxing and pilates!
on the famous note, i helped Rohinton Minstry (of "Touch of Pink" fame) choose an outfit for his daughter in the store and saw Scott Speedman on the street by Jugo Juice, nothing special, just that he is a poor version of Jordan Catalano to Angela's Felicity. catch me and my gangsta lean on 14th...all4now.
